Shipping Policy

At ALHISAN, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Delivery charges are a flat rate of Rs. 250 on all orders. We offer free shipping on orders over Rs. 10,000.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within Pakistan. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.

Return & Exchange Policy

We take pride in the quality of our fabrics and craftsmanship. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange any item — including stitched and worn pieces — within 6 months of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the item is accompanied by proof of purchase. Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or exchange, please use our online return form. You will need your order number and the email address used at checkout. Our team will review your request and contact you within 1–2 business days with instructions.
